Refund, Cancellation and Dispute Policy

Millennium Health Centers strive to provide exceptional service to all our subscribers. We understand that situations may arise where you need to cancel your subscription or dispute a charge. Please review our refund, cancellation, and dispute policy below, applicable to the Millennium Office App:

Automatic Renewal:
Unless otherwise specified, all subscriptions are set to automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle.
You may opt-out of automatic renewal by canceling your subscription before the renewal date.

Subscription Cancellations:
You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time.
If you cancel your subscription within the first week of your billing cycle and have used less than 25% of the paid subscription period, you will receive a full refund for the remaining unused portion of your subscription.
If you cancel your subscription after the first week of your billing cycle or have used more than 25% of the paid subscription period, you will not be eligible for a refund for the current billing cycle. However, your subscription will be terminated at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be billed further.

Disputes:
If you believe there has been an error in billing or if you wish to dispute a charge, please contact our customer support team immediately.
We will investigate all disputes promptly and provide you with a resolution within 2 business days.
If the dispute is found to be valid, we will issue a refund or credit to your account, depending on the circumstances.

Termination of Service:
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your subscription at any time, with or without cause.
In the event of termination by Millennium Health Centers, you will receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription.

Exceptions:
Refunds will not be provided for the portion of the subscription period that has already been used.
Refunds will not be issued for accounts that have violated our terms of service or engaged in fraudulent activities.
We reserve the right to modify or update our refund and dispute policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
By subscribing to our service, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this refund and dispute policy.
